how the numbers work

What each tool is based on. And what it cannot tell you.

An estimate is only useful if you know where it comes from. These are the sources and rules the tools apply, and the question each one leaves for a real look at your project.

project_cost_estimator.runAI project cost estimatorThe investment ranges published in our guide for CEOs and CTOsFive answers score 0, 1 or 2 points; AI agents and computer vision add one. 0 – 3 points is the lower third of the tier range, 4 – 7 the middle, 8 or more the upper. Budgets start at $10k for a small project and run past $200k for enterprise platforms.A fixed price. Ranges leave out model usage, hosting and taxes, and the same chatbot can be twenty web pages or a multilingual agent wired into your CRM.
automation_roi_calculator.runAI automation ROI calculatorOnly the figures you enter, with cautious defaults: AI handles 40% of the task and review takes 20% of the time savedHours saved = task hours × share AI handles, less review time. Net saving = hours saved × hourly cost − running cost × 12. Payback = build cost ÷ monthly net saving.Whether AI can really take on that share. Test it on a sample of real work, and remember that time freed is money only if it goes to other work or avoids a hire.
readiness_checklist.runAI readiness checklistThe four areas where AI projects most often stall: the problem, the data, the people and the governanceOne point per yes, out of 12. 9 – 12: ready to pilot · 5 – 8: focused proof of concept · 0 – 4: groundwork first. How good your data really is. Only a look at real samples shows that, which is why a data review is part of our free scoping.

FAQ

Questions about the free tools

What people ask before and after using the tools. Want a second opinion on your figures?

Email sales@appsin.ai or call +91-9025555584.

Ask us directly
Are the tools really free? Do I need to sign up?

Yes, they are free, and there is no sign-up, email or payment. Use them as often as you like; the results stay on your screen.

Is what I enter stored or sent anywhere?

No. Each tool runs in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us or saved. If you want to talk through a result, you decide what to share in the contact form.

How accurate is the cost estimate?

It places your project within the budget ranges published in our guide, adjusted for your data, integrations, hosting, oversight and scale. It is a figure for budgeting, not a quote. A fixed price follows a free scoping call and a look at your data, and most projects start with a 3–6 week proof of concept.

See pricing and engagement models
Which tool should I start with?

If you are not sure you are ready for an AI project, start with the readiness checklist. If you already have a project in mind, use the cost estimator, then enter the top of its range as the build cost in the ROI calculator to see the payback.

Which currencies do the tools use?

The cost estimator shows US dollars, like our published ranges; Indian clients are quoted and invoiced in INR. The ROI calculator works in INR, USD, AED, SAR, KWD and QAR, with an illustrative hourly cost for each that you should replace with your own.

Can you go through my results with me?

Yes. Book a free consultation or send your figures through the form below. We will tell you which assumptions look realistic, what we would test first and what a proof of concept would cost.
