Yes. The call, the data and scope review that follows if the project fits, and the written proposal are all free and carry no obligation.
Who will I speak to?
An AI engineer from the team that would scope and build your project, not a salesperson. Bring whoever owns the process or the data, if you can.
Do we need to share data before the call?
No. We can talk it through without any data. If you would like to show us real examples, we sign an NDA before you share anything.
What happens after the call?
You get a recommendation. If the project fits, we review samples of your data, agree the scope and send a fixed written proposal with a timeline and milestones. If AI is not the right answer, we say so.
How soon could a project start?
The data review and written proposal usually take under two weeks after the call. Most projects then start with a proof of concept of 3–6 weeks on your own data.
Can we book a time that suits our time zone?
Yes. Pick any open slot in the booking calendar. Our office hours are Mon–Fri, 09:30–17:00 IST, which is 08:00–15:30 in the UAE and Oman, 07:00–14:30 in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Jordan, and 06:00–13:30 in Egypt (07:00–14:30 in summer).
