Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and create engaging posts
• Support in content creation for blogs, websites, and marketing materials
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns
• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns (broadcasts, automation, customer engagement)
• Generate and track leads through digital channels
• Collaborate with design and development teams for campaign execution

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
• Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Understanding of WhatsApp marketing tools and customer engagement strategies
• Knowledge of content creation and social media management
• Good communication and creative thinking skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred)
• Internship or project experience in social media, email campaigns, or paid ads is a plus
